Tinubu Orders 24-Hour Aerial Surveillance, Military Offensive Against Bandits.

President Tinubu has ordered 24-hour aerial surveillance and a full-scale military operation in forests across Kwara, Kebbi, and parts of Niger State to combat insurgency and banditry in the Northcentral and Northeast regions. Soldiers have been tasked with dislodging terrorists and stopping ongoing abductions and violence.
The order follows a recent surge in kidnappings and attacks in the Northcentral and Northwest regions, including the abduction of schoolgirls in Kebbi (who have since been rescued) and church worshippers and other residents in Kwara State.
